导师

导师制是一种教育制度，与学分制、班建制同为三大教育模式。导师制由来已久，早在十四世纪，牛津大学就实行了导师制，其最大特点是师生关系密切。导师不仅要指导他们的学习，还要指导他们的生活。国内各高校都在探索研究生教育以外的高等教育也能建立一种新型的教育教学制度——导师制，以更好地贯彻全员育人、全过程育人、全方位育人的现代教育理念，更好地适应素质教育的要求和人才培养目标的转变。这种制度要求在教师和学生之间建立一种“导学”关系，针对学生的个性差异，因材施教，指导学生的思想、学习与生活。导师制从制度上规定教师具有育人的责任，使教师在从事教学科研以外，将对学生进行思想、学习、科研、心理等方面的教育和指导作为其工作的另一部分。要求全体教师关注学生从入学至毕业整个教育过程和学生的学习、工作、生活等各个教育环节，对学生的教育要有整体性和一贯性的观念，自始至终和任何环节都不放松对学生的教育和指导。
